1. Service Description

MergeProof provides Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V)-style code audit services for AI-assisted software development. Our services include code review, risk assessment, and scientific validation performed by qualified professionals.

2. Service Tiers

• Snapshot Audit ($500): 1-2 business day turnaround, high-level risk assessment
• Standard Audit ($750): 3-5 business day turnaround, comprehensive report with debrief
• Rush Audit (Custom): 24-hour turnaround, expedited review process

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required upfront before audit work begins. We accept major credit cards through our secure payment processor (Stripe). All prices are in USD.

4. Repository Access

By submitting a repository for audit, you represent that you have the authority to grant us read-only access to the codebase. We will access your repository solely for the purpose of performing the requested audit. We do not retain copies of your code after the audit is complete.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all code and audit findings as confidential. We will not share your code, repository details, or audit results with any third party without your explicit written consent. Upon request, we can execute a mutual NDA before beginning work.

6. Deliverables

Audit deliverables include a written report with risk assessment, findings, and recommendations. Standard and Rush tiers include a debrief call. All reports are provided in PDF format and remain the property of the client upon delivery.

7. Limitations

Our audit provides a professional assessment based on the information available at the time of review. We do not guarantee that our audit will identify all potential issues, vulnerabilities, or defects in your codebase. Our findings represent our professional opinion and should not be construed as legal advice.

8. Refund Policy

If we are unable to complete an audit due to technical limitations or access issues, we will provide a full refund. Once an audit report has been delivered, refunds are not available. If you are unsatisfied with our work, please contact us at support@mergeproof.org to discuss.

9. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to perform our services: your name, email, and repository URL. We do not sell your personal data. For lead form submissions, we use your contact information solely to follow up about our services.

11. Changes to Terms
